When did you first discover the piano?
Moon Eyes-- When i was 2 years old.
Victoria-- I remember watching my aunt play
"Nadia's Theme" when I was 8 years old and was
fascinated. I begged her to teach it to me, which
she did. I dabbled here and there until I was 12
when I began formal piano lessons.

etc.

How would you describe your sound?
M-- I just wish my music could be like fresh air or
a lullaby for people who are having many stresses and
sleeping problems.
V-- It depends up on which style I'm playing. I'm always
passionate and expressive, and tend to play very
cleanly and sometimes simply.
How many hours do you practice a week
M---5 hours a day.
V-- Usually between 1-3 hours per week. I'm working
on increasing my practice time, but it's a challenge
given the number of students and clients that I have.
You're able to play both classical and jazz, what are
the similarities and differences?
M---Nothing differents in all music, but in theory, i think
rhythm and chord progression.
V-- Both can be quite challenging in terms of the
structure and technical facility. Both require strict
attention to rhythm. Beyond the obvious (one is written
explicitly, the other isn't), it can be more of a challenge
to make a classical piece my own, because the
variance is in the interpretation, not the note choices.
